Mobile service providers have been urged to update all their systems accordingly. BSNL (Indore) Senior General Manager Sureshbabu Prajapati said that by December 2018 old mobile numbers will be updated under this process.
According to sources, currently 10 digit mobile numbers will be updated starting from October 13 to 13 and the work will be completed by December 31. However, it is not yet decided how to change existing mobile numbers. Add three digits to the mobile number in front or back.
